Do you have any of these concerns?
“What should you consider when choosing a professional photographer, other than the skill level and price?”
When choosing a photoshoot in Japan for the first time, what kind of services can you trust?
Over the past 17 years, I have taken bridal and family photos of over 2,000 couples.
Many customers feel anxious about language and cultural differences when visiting Japan for the first time.
Many people have the image that Japan is a place where you can get good service at low prices, but I don’t think there is anyone who thinks that everything is great in Japan.
So how do you choose a photographer to take your family photos in Japan?
In addition to having good equipment and being knowledgeable about the technology, why not choose a company that provides “reliable, comfortable communication” and “warm hospitality” as criteria?
Reliable communication
Since most photo reservations are made by email, frequent communication is key to peace of mind.
My native language is Japanese, so to avoid any misunderstandings when communicating in English, I create a photo shoot schedule in English and share it with my clients.
I schedule the shoot after asking my clients what they would like for the photos, and I suggest a location for the shoot so that we can take their ideal family photos.
I also decide on meeting and departure places so that plans for travel to Japan before and after the shoot can go smoothly.
Warm hospitality
I have 17 years of experience as a freelance photographer taking family photos and children’s photos. I have continued to capture the natural smiles of children who are not good at being photographed. This is proof of my high level of communication ability with children.
I often incorporate play into the shoot and have the children move around while taking photos so that they forget that they are being photographed.
Customer feedback received so far
From customers in the U.S., Australia, Switzerland, France, and Singapore
We have received many happy comments such as “I felt at ease because they explained everything to me in English beforehand,” “They were considerate so that my child wouldn’t get nervous, so he had a great time,” and “Before each shot, they explained where to stand and what movements to make, so I was able to enjoy the shoot without any worries.”
Pre-consultation in English and detailed explanation of the shooting plan
When making a reservation, please let us know the following information and we will create a photo shoot plan in consultation with you.
We have received various requests from customers.
“I have small children, so I want to avoid crowds.” “I want to take photos in a place where I can shoot both traditional and modern Japanese architecture.” “I want to shoot in a Japanese garden.” “Please tell me a place that makes the most of the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese town.”
Please let us know your requests.
If you also let us know your desired dates, time, and area of stay,
we can provide you with detailed information.
Support system on the day of the shoot, and efforts to ensure privacy and peace of mind
We will use What’s UP to contact each other on the day of the shoot. I am 155cm tall, wear black-rimmed glasses, and carry a camera, so please rest assured that we will be able to meet up right away. In addition, the photos taken will be delivered to the customer using Google Photo, with privacy maintained. (Expected to be delivered two weeks after the shoot)
Flexible schedule adjustments for travelers and sudden changes are also supported
If it rains on the day of the shoot, we can change the time or date free of charge.
We will check the weather forecast the day before the shoot and contact you accordingly.
