Fun family photoshoot in Tokyo
What a fun family photoshoot with Naoko-san! She was accommodating to our date request (New Year’s Day) as well as location request that was close to where we live. We also got the added bonus of her husband as an assistant since it was a holiday. It’s incredible to have a photographer who is friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor. We had three kids under 12 and she made it fun for everyone…lots of laughs and giggles during our photoshoot.
If you are looking to take family photos in Tokyo, Naoko-san is the best pick! She will meet you at your requested location (you pay her the quoted transit fee once the location is decided for her bus/subway/train ride to the location), take great photos and you will have a wonderful time!

How do I book a session?
Please use the “Book Now” button to fill out the contact form. I will reply within 24 hours to confirm the schedule and details.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended, especially during busy seasons like cherry blossom or autumn foliage.
Can you recommend a location?
Absolutely! Based on your travel plan, family style, and children’s age, I’ll suggest the perfect location — from historic sites like Asakusa to nature spots like parks or Mt. Fuji.
What if it rains?
I’ll check the weather forecast with you the day before. If heavy rain is expected, we can reschedule or shoot at an alternative covered location.
How many photos will we receive?
You’ll receive 50 or more high-resolution, professionally edited photos within 2 week via a download link.
Do you offer kimono rental or hair styling?
Currently, I don’t offer in-house kimono rental or styling, but I can recommend reliable local services.
Can grandparents or friends join the shoot?
Of course! The standard plan is for one family, but if you’d like to include others, please let me know in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to reschedule due to bad weather or illness, there is no cancellation fee — simply let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you. However, if you choose to cancel completely, the following cancellation fees apply: ●14 days before the shoot: 20% ●7 days before the shoot: 40% ●2 days before the shoot: 50% ●1 day before or on the shoot day: 100% Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We appreciate your understanding!
