How do I book a session?

Please use the “Book Now” button to fill out the contact form. I will reply within 24 hours to confirm the schedule and details.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended, especially during busy seasons like cherry blossom or autumn foliage.

Can you recommend a location?

Absolutely! Based on your travel plan, family style, and children’s age, I’ll suggest the perfect location — from historic sites like Asakusa to nature spots like parks or Mt. Fuji.

What if it rains?

We can reschedule or move to covered/indoor locations. There is no extra charge for rescheduling due to bad weather.

How many photos will we receive?

You will receive 50+ edited, high-resolution photos delivered in an online gallery.

Do you offer kimono rental or hair styling?

I do not provide kimono or styling directly, but I can introduce local rental shops if needed.

Can grandparents or friends join the shoot?

Yes, all family members and friends are welcome at no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that travel plans can change.
If you need to reschedule due to bad weather or illness, there is no cancellation fee — simply let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.
However, if you choose to cancel completely, the following cancellation fees apply:
●14 days before the shoot: 20%
●7 days before the shoot: 40%
●2 days before the shoot: 50%
●1 day before or on the shoot day: 100%

How can we pay for the session?

We accept credit card payments via PayPal (an invoice will be sent after the shoot) and cash on the day of the session. No hidden fees.

Do you speak English during the photo session?

Yes, I speak English and will guide you gently during the shoot so you can feel relaxed and natural.

When will we receive our photos?

You will receive your online gallery link within 2 weeks after the shoot.

What if we are late for the session?

Please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to keep your full shooting time, but delays may shorten the session depending on the schedule.
