Do you have any of these concerns?
“I want to have a professional photographer take my memories of my trip to Japan, but how do I make a reservation?”
“Are there any English speaking photographers?”
“I’m interested in wearing a kimono or taking photos at a traditional location, but is there any way to avoid mistakes even if it’s my first time?”
I have been photographing many families and children for 17 years, and I often hear people say, “Japan has many different cultures and customs than Europe and the US, so many people worry that it will be different from hiring a photographer from their own country.”
“I’ve often been asked by many international guests what kind of photos they can take and what places are recommended.”
“I understand that booking a photographer in a foreign country can feel overwhelming, especially with language and cultural differences.”
Actual experiences and impressions of foreign guests who took the photos
Thank you Naoko for your amazing job!
Thank you Naoko for your amazing job!
We chanced upon Naoko while looking for photographers to document out recent Tokyo trip. Naoko kept in constant contact with us and even updated us with the weather conditions. Though it was a pity the weather was foggy and we could not capture Fuji-San, Naoko managed to capture something that is much more dearer to us, our smiles. Pure unadulterated happiness could be seen from our finalised pictures and we are so pleased with them. For those who worry about the language barrier, please rest assure that Naoko is fluent in English and we never had any issues with the session. We will definitely contact Naoko for future photo sessions. Thank you Naoko and Nori for your patience to my family!

Let’s make your Japan trip unforgettable with beautiful, natural photos.
The flow of the shoot and communication support in English
On the day of the shoot, you will be accompanied by an English-speaking Japanese photographer and her husband as an assistant. We will take photos at many locations, moving around and shooting repeatedly. It will be better if your belongings are not visible in the photos, so my husband will take care of your belongings during the shoot, so please enjoy the shoot without worry.
